Returns & Exchanges

To begin processing a return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

Refunds & Exchange Process

We want every 1HUNDY order to be exactly right. If something's not, here's how we'll sort it. We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.

1. Damages and Issues

1.1 Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take a picture and email it to: info@1hundy.com. If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement or offer a full refund as per 'The Consumer Rights Act 2018' (UK).

1.2 If the item was purchased or a giveaway at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
1.3 If the item was purchased at one of our partner retailers, please take the product back to the retailer for a return or exchange.

1.4 If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and inline with any discount codes used against the product. It does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

2.1 When ordering, please pay special attention to the size of the product. Products ordered in the wrong size are only exchanged for another size, not refunded and only once.

2.2 Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items).

2.3 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Timeline

3.1 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return with our customer service team via email at: info@1hundy.com and return the item within the 30 day period.

3.2 Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the store credit to your account. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at any of our warehouse locations.

3.3 If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

3.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.5 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

3.6 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

5.1 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5.2 European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5.3 Wrong Size Exchanges: If you have ordered the wrong size, please return the item/s to the address outlined in (fig 4.2). Wrong size exchanges are for like-for-like value replacement products only, and are in the form of credit, not refunds. Once we receive the item and review it's condition, a credit will be credited to your 1HUNDY account.

6. Refunds

6.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Shipping

7.1 You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.

7.2 If the return/exchange is supported by a valid reason we will refund you the postage cost. *Additional limitations may apply.

7.3 If international, please contact us and we will let you know next steps, as customs & duty charges may apply.

7.4 Address all returns to the above address (fig 4.2)

7.5 As soon as we can see that the item/s are on the tracking system back to our warehouse we will send out a replacement.
